Delicious, plant-based meals reduce acidity, inflammation and pain in the body while activating weight loss and raising energy.  

We accommodate allergies however we are unable to cater to food preferences or customized meals. All menus are set and made fresh daily. If allergies are severe, please refer to our juice plan.




Monday

  • Steel cut oats with pineapple, coconut, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds

  • Turmeric infused daal, fragrant coconut black forbidden rice, stewed tomatoes with fresh herbs, dark leafy greens cooked in a savour coconut sauce, topped with avocado slices

  • Arugula and spinach immune boosting salad with a cilantro, ginger, coconut dressing
  • Eggplant steaks encrusted in toasted coconut on a bed of steamed quinoa with a creamy tomato and coconut sauce, topped with turmeric infused cabbage and roasted brussel sprouts

Wednesday

  • Blueberry smoothie bowl with in-house healing spiced granola
  • Cabbage, carrot, kale salad with Asian spiced almond butter dressing
  • Tom Kha coconut, vegetable, rice noodle soup
