What to Bring and other Tips:

  • yoga clothes, loose comfortable clothing, jacket, running shoes
  • dining room attire is resort casual wear
  • layered clothing for cooler months
  • walking shoes or wellington boots depending on season
  • camera, a good book, journal
  • slippers provided however some guests prefer to bring own
  • pre-order Sole Bath if you are staying during a new or full moon - $40
  • read and follow Grail Springs Peace Intention guidelines
  • highly recommended to arrive on a Sunday if coming for 5-nights or more to attend the welcome talk & orientation
  • hop on the Sunday Shuttle from Toronto Airport for only $60 pp plus tax each way

Try to eliminate the following a few days prior to arrival:

  • animal meat
  • soda pop
  • white sugar
  • white flour products
  • caffeine
  • alcohol
  • dairy
  • white table salt
  • artificial or processed foods
  • worry (you will be in good hands!) xo

Add the following into your diet a few days prior to arrival:

  • drink lots of water with lemon juice (4 oz max while eating)
  • decaffeinated herbal teas
  • dark green vegetables and lots of them
  • fruit in the morning only
  • wheatgrass if you have access
  • homemade vegetable juices
  • barley, oatmeal, chick peas, avocado
  • quinoa, bulgar, lentils, brown rice
  • pumpkin oil, walnut oil, sesame seed oil, hemp see oil, coconut oil
  • hemp milk or almond milk
  • start taking a probiotic if you plan on doing colonics while here
  • take a daily walk, breathe in deeply, and get ready for a life changing event! xo

Once home consider all of the above and more of the following...

  • colonics once or twice during a seasonal cleanse
  • weekly detox baths: Himalayan salt, Austran Moor, Seaweed or Dead Sea Salt
  • energy healing therapies; Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Massage
  • fresh air and lots of sunshine
