Founder of Grail Springs
Madeleine Marentette, BA ~ Author, Educator, Designer, Metaphysician
M
Founder of Grail Springs, a retreat sanctuary born in 1993 for the healing of people, animals, and Earth, Madeleine has followed a lifelong calling shaped by her love of beauty, the promise of transformation, and her faith. Born in Toronto and stirred by a desire to explore the globe, her soul awakened among the worlds cathedrals, places of biblical events, forests, and sacred waters—places where ancient stones and quiet spaces whispered of deeper meaning. In those moments of stillness with her own soul, revelations of the providence of divine design began to unfold.
At 27, a health crisis drew her inward once more, igniting a profound journey of healing that would one day give rise to the building of Grail Springs and its mission. In the stillness of the early morning hours on the shores of Georgian Bay, a prayer was answered — with a deep, undeniable response - that God is real. In the instant that followed the call and response, healing flowed, and her life changed forever. What began as a request for personal intervention, became a calling to teach, to guide, and to create spaces of beauty that would invoke the soul of others to find what they too are seeking to make their life better.
Through years of self-reflection, Madeleine has come to see life as divine design in itself—a tapestry of soul lessons, sacred union, and grace. Today, she is choosing to immerse herself more deeply into her Christian faith, returning to where her journey began, and embracing a greater call to serve in new and meaningful ways. She continues to act as guardian over Grail Springs where seekers come from all over to nurture body, mind and spirit. With a degree in metaphysical science and two new books in the making, Madeleine walks the holy quest —guided by vision, love, and a trust in the sacred cup that holds us all. To this day her most beloved quote from the bible is, “Seek and you shall find. Knock and the door will open.” These are words she lives by and is the message of Grail Springs.
