morning yoga (if attending ~ bring personal yoga mat)
12pm two-course lunch - fresh-made, plant-based, set menu

use of outdoor hot/cold water immersion circuit
outdoor Finnish sauna, indoor infrared sauna
labyrinth, volcanic ash bed
swimming, canoes, hiking trails
locker and showers available 8:30am to 6pm
Day Spa Hours: 8:30am to 6pm
Cost: $249 plus tax
OPTIONAL ADD-ON: 3-course dinner followed by evening meditation 6pm to 8pm $75 plus tax
requires 50% deposit at time of booking, balance due upon arrival
