Sunflower Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup  sunflower seeds, raw and soaked overnight
  • 2 cups  water
  • 2 cups  crushed ice, optional
  • 1  large banana
  • ½ tsp  vanilla, or to taste
  • 1 Tbs  maple syrup, or to taste
  • Fresh, peeled ginger slices

Directions:

Soak the seeds in 8 cups of water overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Blend all ingredients together, adding vanilla and maple syrup to taste. Bananalicious!!
