IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ - FOOD ALLERGIES & PLANT-BASED MENU: Grail Springs cannot safely accommodate all food allergies or sensitivities. We are not equipped to deal with food preferences, severe allergies, special diets, medical diets, or customize meal plans. We are not equipped to administer EpiPen. Because we are a plant-based facility, our chefs work extensively with protein-rich food products such as but not limited to: peanuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachio, walnuts, sesame seeds, soy, tofu, tempeh, wheats, grains, corn and night-shade vegetables. We do not ensure food is nut-free. The kitchen facility is limited in size with limited staff, and cannot provide a separate area to prepare a safe meal whereby cross-contamination can be eliminated. Nor can we accommodate food preferences.
Grail Springs provides a daily set menu, consisting of plant-based meals with gluten-free options.
