IMPORTANT INFORMATION - FOOD ALLERGIES & PLANT-BASED MENU: Grail Springs cannot safely accommodate all food allergies or sensitivities. Nor can we accommodate food preferences. Because we are a plant-based facility, our chefs work extensively with protein-rich food products such as but not limited to: peanuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachio, walnuts, sesame seeds, soy, tofu, tempeh, wheats, grains, corn and night-shade vegetables. The kitchen facility is limited in size with limited staff, and cannot provide a separate area to prepare a safe meal or whereby cross-contamination can be eliminated.

Plant-based Fixed Menu: We provide a daily set menu, consisting of plant-based meals with gluten-free options. We do not ensure food is nut-free. We are not equipped to deal with food preferences, severe allergies, medical diets, customized meal plans, nor administer EpiPen.
