    Join Joan who will share the ancient practice of creating a Despacho, a blessing bundle. Participants will use organic items and create a bundle for the Earth . Intentions in the blessings will be released and transformed by placing  the bundles into a Ceremonial Fire at the Grail.

    The 8 Limbs, or Ashtanga, form the foundation the Yoga Sutras, revealed to the sage known as Patanjali. Explore the 8 Limbs of the third and fourth principles and learn the importance of asana and pranayama. We will end with some deeply relaxing breathwork and meditation.
