Jason delivers a new perspective on how your mind, emotions and body all work together. Understanding this will allow you to take back control over your life through managing your stress levels and promoting well being in your nervous system. This will include a guided body scan meditation.

Asana & Pranayama ~ 7pm Meditation

The 8 Limbs, or Ashtanga, form the foundation the Yoga Sutras, revealed to the sage known as Patanjali. Explore the 8 Limbs of the third and fourth principles and learn the importance of asana and pranayama. We will end with some deeply relaxing breathwork and meditation.
