Restorative Yoga is a profoundly healing practice suitable for everyone. Lie down and relax in to each pose accompanied by soulful music. Props are used to help hold gentle supportive postures that will deepen the restorative processes of the body and calm the mind. Prepare for a good nights sleep.

Join Wendy and go on a journey through ancient culture and discover the reasons for kinship with the animal kingdom. Through a process of self-reflection discover your own power animals. You can then create your handmade Animal Oracle Card as a keepsake and reminder that you are never alone.
