    In this evening's process, Jason will share the principles of meditation and a simple way to learn to relax your nervous system. Then we will do a practice of body awareness meditation going through the entire system from head to toe.

    The 8 Limbs, or Ashtanga, form the foundation the Yoga Sutras, revealed to the sage known as Patanjali. Explore the 8 Limbs of the third and fourth principles and learn the importance of asana and pranayama. We will end with some deeply relaxing breathwork and meditation.
