Noble Silence Practice ~ Wednesdays 1pm-4pm
We invite you to embrace Noble Silence, a practice attributed to the Buddha. Allow these moments to sooth mind and heart while walking the labyrinth, trail or lying in the medicine wheel. Explore and engage your senses in the beauty of nature's offerings. In silence much can be revealed to us.
Chakra Balancing Music Meditation 7pm ~ with Madeleine Marentette
Gather in the Great Hall following dinner, relax and let go. Cover up with a blanket and allow your mind and body to take in the 7 rythmic songs specifically created to balance our chakra system. Your facilitator will enhance the experience with resonant sounds and aromas to sooth your soul.
Complimentary Lunch & Meditation ~ Freedom Fridays!
Plan your wellness weekend already Zen'd out. Leave early ahead of Friday's traffic and take advantage of the Freedom Friday special. Book a spa treatment for Friday afternoon and we'll treat you to a complimentary lunch served at 12:15 and a crystal bowl meditation at 5:15. ZEN is the word!
Friday Morning Fire Ceremony ~ with Laura Milcawich 10:10am
Each Friday morning guests gather around the campfire to take part in a Grail Springs tradition. We call upon the four elements of Fire, Earth, Water & Air to support us in letting go of that which no longer serves, and to uphold us as we embrace new commitments to our self and our future.
Transmuting Stress to a Life in Balance ~ with Jason Secord
From stress to relaxation, join us for a weekend of quiet and calm through the art of relaxation and meditation. Utilizing principles of meditation, you'll learn how to decompress and relax into mind and body, opening the opportunity to release stress.
Equine Therapy Meditation ~ with Richard Capener $65 pre-register
Just like service dogs, horses have a remarkable therapeutic affect on the human condition. This practice is a global movement, bringing us together in peace, harmony and healing with our animal companions. Weather permitting. Wear sunhat, closed shoes.
Living in the Wonderment 7pm ~ with Wendy Fouts
We often spend so much time trying to fix, heal, and just maintain our physical wellbeing, all with good intentions and plans in place, but in doing so, we forget to live in the wonderment of life. We become distracted that we lose touch with the very connections that give us meaning to life itself.
