Restorative Yoga is a profoundly healing practice suitable for everyone. Lie down and relax in to each pose accompanied by soulful music. Props are used to help hold gentle supportive postures that will deepen the restorative processes of the body and calm the mind. Prepare for a good nights sleep.

Noble Silence Practice ~ Wednesdays 1pm-4pm
We invite you to embrace Noble Silence, a practice attributed to the Buddha. Allow these moments to sooth mind and heart while walking the labyrinth, trail or lying in the medicine wheel. Explore and engage your senses in the beauty of nature's offerings. In silence much can be revealed to us.

Plan your wellness weekend already Zen'd out. Leave early ahead of Friday's traffic and take advantage of the Freedom Friday special. Book a spa treatment for Friday afternoon and we'll treat you to a complimentary lunch served at 12:15 and a crystal bowl meditation at 5:15. ZEN is the word!

Each Friday morning guests gather around the campfire to take part in a Grail Springs tradition. We call upon the four elements of Fire, Earth, Water & Air to support us in letting go of that which no longer serves, and to uphold us as we embrace new commitments to our self and our future.
