Friday Morning Fire Ceremony ~ with Laura Milcawich 10:10am
Each Friday morning guests gather around the campfire to take part in a Grail Springs tradition. We call upon the four elements of Fire, Earth, Water & Air to support us in letting go of that which no longer serves, and to uphold us as we embrace new commitments to our self and our future.
Teachings from Nature's Realm with Mary-Catherine Waymouth & Richard Capener 7pm
Travel with Mary-Catherine and Richard through the passages of time as they share Ancient Teachings, insights, and group exercises. Rekindle your own reverent relationship with nature and begin to incorporate her wisdom back into your daily life for peace, balance and wellbeing.
Chakra Balancing Music Meditation 7pm ~ with Madeleine Marentette
Gather in the Great Hall following dinner, relax and let go. Cover up with a blanket and allow your mind and body to take in the 7 rythmic songs specifically created to balance our chakra system. Your facilitator will enhance the experience with resonant sounds and aromas to sooth your soul.
Creating Botanical Mandalas ~ with Wendy Fouts
Creating a botanical mandala can become a meditative practice that calms and centres your Self. Filled with Mother Natures completeness, repetition and rhythm of natural mandalas provides a much needed rewilding and grounding.
