Join our meditation circle with horses and facilitators. Just like service dogs, horses have a therapeutic affect on the human condition. This practice is a global movement, bringing us together in peace, harmony and healing with our animal companions. Weather permitting. Wear sunhat, closed shoes.

We invite you to embrace Noble Silence, a practice attributed to the Buddha. Allow these moments to sooth mind and heart while walking the labyrinth, trail or lying in the medicine wheel. Explore and engage your senses in the beauty of nature's offerings. In silence much can be revealed to us.

Each Friday morning guests gather around the campfire to take part in a Grail Springs tradition. We call upon the four elements of Fire, Earth, Water & Air to support us in letting go of that which no longer serves, and to uphold us as we embrace new commitments to our self and our future.
