This evening we will be discussing the power of breath and it's less obvious functions. It's about so much more than just oxygen. Come and learn how to manage pain, emotions and health with simple Body Breathing Techniques that will leave you feeling vibrant and rejuvenated.

Each Friday morning guests gather around the campfire to take part in a Grail Springs tradition. We call upon the four elements of Fire, Earth, Water & Air to support us in letting go of that which no longer serves, and to uphold us as we embrace new commitments to our self and our future.
Yoga & Pranayama ~ with Jason Secord 7pm
Be inspired while learning to balance your mind, emotions and physical wellbeing through posture and Pranayama (life energy), the formal practice of controlling the breath. Jason shares exercises, breathing techniques and sequences during this informative and reflective 2-evening workshop series.
Equine Therapy Meditation ~ with Richard Capener $65 pre-register
Just like service dogs, horses have a remarkable therapeutic affect on the human condition. This practice is a global movement, bringing us together in peace, harmony and healing with our animal companions. Weather permitting. Wear sunhat, closed shoes.
