The labyrinth is a powerful tool for contemplation and a symbol of the true human condition; a journey from being lost to becoming found. Our retreats are designed like a journey into a labyrinth. The longer you stay the deeper you go. An ancient symbol and archetype for spiritual transformation, the outside represents daily life with all its stresses and doubts, while the middle represents the centre of Self, our place of truth and certainty. When we've had enough of whatever is depleting us physically, emotionally or spiritually, we may consciously decide to take a new path to rediscover yourselves. We trust it to guide us back to our true heart's desires. We unearth our own holy grail where insights are revealed, and peace and wellbeing can begin to be restored. This is the mission of Grail Springs.
