Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Easy returns: Save your receipt
To return an item for exchange or refund, return to Grail Springs Health & Wellness Centre within 30 days from date of order, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt and issue to Grail Springs Health & Wellness Centre.  Your name, residence address and phone number will be required. That information is collected, used and retained to help prevent fraud, and may only be disclosed within Grail Springs Health & Wellness Centre. Details at our Guest Services Desk. Some exceptions may apply.
If you have purchased a product online or by phone that has arrived broken or damaged, please return Grail Springs Health & Wellness Centre 2004 Bay Lake Road, Bancroft ON, K0L 1C0 where it can be repaired or replaced.

Gift Cards purchases are final
Gift Cards are not returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable
We will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.

Returns or exchanges on gifts
If you order an item at grailsprings.com as a gift, the recipient can return or exchange to Grail Springs Health & Wellness Centre, with the Official Sales Receipt. We cannot refund any gift-wrapping charges.

Pricing

All prices quoted are payable in Canadian Dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include GST, PST, QST or HST.

Except as explicitly provided in these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, Grail Springs Health & Wellness Centre and the Third Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding grailsprings.com and/or any content provided on grailsprings.com, all of which are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Grail Springs Health & Wellness Centre and the Third Parties do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or suitability of the operation of grailsprings.com, or any of the content or data found on grailsprings.com, and expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions in respect of grailsprings.com, its content or data, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

Governing laws
