Mesopotamia from 36,000 B.C. to 7000 B.C.

Sometime around 10,000 B.C. in the southern region of modern day Iraq, there were several large cities which are clearly recognized today as the first major cities ever built on earth. One particular city was called Ur. In this city which flourished in riches and education, where the philosophy of 'Maat' (pure objectivity) was first revered, the original teachings of the Sumerians, and likewise 'The Grail' were introduced to the mass populations. It was in the largest city called Ur where the first practices of medicine, alchemy, and astronomy were taught in large educational centres. Amongst the most notable political and spiritual figures of that day was the historic biblical figure named Abraham.

Abraham served his community as both leader and spiritual mentor along with his brother Lot who was the leader of one of the largest cities in Mesopotamia. These two brothers became highly respected throughout the whole of Persia and Egypt in their day, and it was through their historic bloodline relationship to the Sumerians that the legend of the Grail began. Abraham and his brother Lot were the descendants of a royal and celestial family who had settled the Nile region and had built all that was known as civilization in that period. Their particular bloodline relationship became known as the 'Adamic' race which lends even more the mystery to the Grail for serious researchers today.

The feminine power who was responsible for the actual bloodline race and families which were later recognized as the spiritual leaders of their generations was called Yse. Later, the name Isis replaced this feminine authority and even much later in history we have come to call her Sophia, or Mary. It was Yse who gave birth to the female called Eve and the male called Adam. It was here in Ur, many thousands of years later, in Abrahams time, that the true story of Genesis was written and inscribed upon the cities walls, palaces, homes, along with the book of the law.

Sumeria 4,000 BC

Little is known of the origin of the Sumerian race and culture excepting that they seemed to suddenly appear in our world and they had an incredible yet mysterious language unknown beyond the region, today known as the Middle East. Scholars have studied the language of symbols from Sumeria and have found a direct link to the style that was later picked up by the Egyptians. It should be understood that there was a definite link between the original civilization and cities in Iraq, and the cities of Egypt. The Sumerians were blood relatives to the Egyptians and it was their particular understanding of the Universe, the world, and humanity that was uniquely designed accordingly with the Sumerian belief system. By the year 4,000 BC, the Egyptians had perfected their systems and cities though it was only a matter of time before the less objective populations had forgotten the Law and the sciences of the first Masters of Science in Sumeria.

Egypt 1,300 BC

By the year 1300 BC there were only a few left who knew or understood the original sciences, and Egypt began to lose sight of its inheritance. It was at this time that an effort to restore the Grail mysteries was brought about though through very suspicious methods. Eventually, the last Pharaoh to know the secret of Eternal life and self resurrection was killed by the descendants of Abrahams family.

Jerusalem - 6 AD

Joseph of Arimathea was the first true bloodline member of the Grail families to restore the teachings and all of the original ceremonies back to life in Israel around 6 AD. Joseph was the father of Joshua who was later called Jesus and known also as "The Righteous Teacher." It was Joseph who used the infamous cup to capture the blood that flowed from the side of Jesus upon the cross, also said to be the cup of the Last Supper. The Grail history then changed when Jesus and his brother James proclaimed the new Gospel of Truth in the same time period. After the persecution of Christ, legends agree that Mary Magdalene, Simon, and other remaining family members sailed to the South of France and Joseph moving on again to England. What stands today as Glastonbury Chapel, is said to be the very site where Joseph of Arimathea built the first Grail Church and protected The Grail Cup. The cup was said to hold divine powers, able to heal the sick and bring about restoration. The Grail teachings and bloodline began to flourish in the North. It was only after Constantine intervened and brought about the system known today as Catholicism that the Grail began to remain a hidden mystery once more. Due to the heretical policies over the centuries, much has remained hidden though not all was to be lost.

France 40 - 500 AD

In the South of France, Magdalene and her entourage were embraced and aided by the people of the land. Communities were built, sites and monuments were erected where secrets of the Grail, gold, relics and scrolls from the Temple of Solomon were redeposited. It is thought that Magdalene and other female apostles brought about the first hospices to heal the sick, teaching the secrets of alchemy, herbalogy and other therapies. Science, music, art, literature and Grail dynasties such as the Merovingians began to flourish. Education was encouraged and women were considered equal in every regard. The Cathars were one such community who kept alive the secret knowledge of the Grail, later in the 13th century meeting their demise by orders of the Pope, on the famous site of Montsegur.

Britain and Wales 600 AD

By the year 600 Grail families had grown and spread throughout Europe. The need to protect the families as well as the secrets was aptly recognized and measures were taken. Many monastic orders of the era followed a lifestyle separate from the episcopacy of the Roman Church. They shared a common interest in the Grail teachings. Often these interests were hidden in their beautiful manuscripts, using hidden watermarks and secret codes. Even the Tarot Pack has its intimate connections with the hidden traditions. Naturally where there is the existence of secret codes and hidden treasures, legends and folklore blossom, the most famous being King Arthur of Camelot and the Knights of the Round Table. Their story is about the quest for The Holy Grail itself. Arthur and his noble Knights painstakingly learn that it is not a treasure to be possessed, but rather that by becoming of pure heart and pure mind does one discover the true Grail. Standing in the light of the Great Hall of Camelot, after pledging their oath, the Cup of the Grail appears to them as a Divine Vision and in that moment, pours all of its secrets onto them.

Scotland 1300 AD

From the 11th to the 13th century, the Knights Templar were now the powerful guardians of the Grail, its treasures and mysteries. With some foresight, they began to make arrangements to move specific relics and scripts along with ancient tablets from France and sail them to Scotland. In the meantime, the Order was outlawed in 1312 by Pope Clement and were relentlessly persecuted until they were wiped out. Or so the Church thought. In Scotland they were welcomed and given substantial amounts of land. The Order was promoted and encouraged by successive kings, particularly William the Lion. In 1446, Rosslyn Chapel was founded by the Royal Knights, today a site of pilgrimage for millions of Grail searchers and hobbyists. The Chapel stands in remarkable condition in spite of its age. Hundreds of stone carvings adorn the walls and ceilings, telling stories from the Bible, depicting Masonic symbols and examples of Templar iconography. Some researchers say Rosslyn is 'the ultimate Chapel of the Holy Grail' depicting the mystical quest in its finest imagery. Some even say the Cup of the Holy Grail is buried in one of the interior pillars, known as the "Apprentice Pillar".

New World 1700 AD

There is more and more speculation, research and evidence that it was Templars fleets who first landed in the New World with their transatlantic crossing in 1398 - long before Christopher Columbus. They came to a place called Nova Scotia, a province on the east coast of Canada, where today there sits a site of ruins of great controversy. Some insist that this site was the new haven for the Holy Grail. As settlements began to emerge throughout the eastern coast of North America, these same protectors of the Holy Grail, lived in the fullness of the Truth in America.

By the 18th century the various bloodline members and families came together in the United States and started a new society by which they could work and yet remain somewhat unknown.
