Sunflower & Banana Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup sunflower seeds, raw and soaked overnight
2 cups water
2 cups crushed ice, optional
1 large banana
½ tsp vanilla, or to taste
1 Tbs maple syrup, or to taste
Fresh, peeled ginger slices
Soak the seeds in 8 cups of water overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Blend all ingredients together, adding vanilla and maple syrup to taste. Bananalicious!! Serves 1
