Our favorite Tofu Chocolate Torte for the Holidays...sooo good...

Filling:

1 pkg         silken tofu
¼ cup       soy milk
¼ cup       packed pitted dates
1/3 cup    organic cocoa powder
2 tbsp        melted coconut oil
1 tsp          pure vanilla
½ tsp        orange zest

Crust:
½ cup       unsweetened flaked coconut
½ cup       ground raw almonds
¾ cup       spelt flour
1 tsp          fresh ground nutmeg
2 tbsp       coconut oil
¼ cup       pitted dates

Directions:
For the crust blend in a food processor the almonds and dates then add the rest of the ingredients and knead until it forms a ball.  Press into a 9” round pan and chill.

For the filling blend all ingredients in a processor until smooth and pour into your chilled crust and refridgerate until firm. Garnish with mint leaf and red berry and serve.
