Super Food Chocolate Fudge

Easy, fast, and healthy for you!

Thank you to Imani, America's Green Queen for sharing this guarded recipe. When I first bit into one of the delectable little squares, I was transported into the culinary chocolate heaven and didn't want to return.

Then when I discovered that there are only three main ingredients (you can add all kinds of toppings if you wish), and takes less then 10 minutes to prepare, I begged her to share the recipe with Grail loyalists. Over a few bribes and giggles, she conceded. So here goes:

Now the quality of ingredients are key here. Invest in the highest grade of products you can find. Imani shares her favorites.

1 cup organic coconut oil

1.5 cup of organic 'Heirloom Criollo' Cacao of Ecuador - powder form

1 cup of organic 'Ultimate' Raw Agave

Prepare a 6" x 6" (approximate size)  flat tupperware container. Choose a topping (see right side for suggestions) and sprinkle until bottom of tupperware is covered.

Blend mixture in a food processor, cocao and coconut oil first, then agave nectar. Then pour gently into the container. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour. When set, turn the container over and pop out onto a plate, cut into small one inch squares.

You can also drizzle on a banana or dip fresh strawberries & enjoy!

Spread any of the following healthy super food ingredients on the bottom of the tupperware container. Make a batch of each and share at any festivity!

Goji Berries
Cocoa Nips
Crushed walnut pieces
Chopped organge peel
Mint leaves

Or use as a dip. You can use the warm fudge to dip strawberries into or pour over your favorite ice cream.
