Itinerary: Day 7 to Day 12

Day 7 May 19 ~ Machu Picchu: While all the visiting tourists are still sleeping, we will journey back to Machu Picchu for our Sunrise Ceremony lead by Bernardina, our lady shaman. Afterwards Guido will guide us to the Temple of the Condor, The House of the Chosen Woman, The Priestess Residential area and the Temple of Mother Earth. Free afternoon for private time in Machu Picchu to find your own sacred corner. At this moment, the Apus might speak to your soul, possibly giving you answers as to why you have traveled so far to connect with them. Before completing your visit, be sure to again give thanks to Pacha Mama and the Apurunas (Nature Spirits) for all life’s gifts and for all the blessings you received during your stay. Free evening, sweet dreams!

Day 8 May 20 ~ Machu Picchu:  Free day with many options: You might take a walk in meditation around the magical area that surrounds the village, go for a fun shopping experience in the local Indian market or return to Machu Picchu. We gather as group at hotel lobby 4 pm for another sacred circle then dinner.

Day 9 May 21 ~ Machu Picchu, Ollanta, Cusco: Our train departs to Ollantaytambo early, we then take our private bus all the way to Cusco City. Cusco, “Navel of the Earth” is situated 11,000 ft above sea level in the Andes Mountains. After checking into our hotel, we will rest, acclimating ourselves to the elevation. Free Evening, Sweet Dreams!

Day 10 May 22 ~ Cusco: Cusco is a warm and lovely city, the memories of its ancient inhabitants are still alive. The Incas developed  an advanced awareness of energy and the knowledge of how to utilize each vibration for growth and transformation. Each temple was built at a  specific  point  of power. Today we will experience the most important temples around Cusco.  We start with Saksayhuaman, one of the largest Temples of the God Inti (Father Sun), a vortex for shift in consciousness. Next is Kenko, and then Tambo Machay. After lunch we visit Qorikancha  (enclosure of gold), at one time, the home of the Ancient Golden Sun Disc of the Motherland of  Mu. The rest of the day is yours to explore the beautiful city of Cusco and all of its treasures both modern and ancient. Have Fun!

Day 11 May 23 ~ Day of Service/Cusco: After breakfast we will visit a special Andean Village for our AYNI (law of reciprocity) experience. Each year Grail Springs groups offers something unique and special to the children  and  natives  of remote villages, today you  will  have  an  opportunity  to  touch  someone’s  heart  in  a  way  you  never  thought  would  be  possible.  Many consider this experience  the  highlight  of  their  trip.  Return to Cusco, free afternoon --- enjoy final moments exploring this city of enchantment, romance, fun, beauty, ancient history, diversity, and magic. So much can be said and experience in Cusco. After days of spiritual work and profound transformation its time to celebrate… let Cusco be the site to nurture you with joy and unlimited possibilities. We meet at our hotel reception around 6:30 pm for a farewell dinner.

Day 12 May 24 ~ Travel HOME: After breakfast we transfer to the airport to check in to Lima. Free day in Lima. Evening check in to International flight back home.

Day 13 May 25 ~ Arrive HOME: Our Ladies Madeleine, Bernardina and Vera welcome you home after a transformational journey and we thank you for your love and participation in this magical event. May your heart and soul soar like the Condor forever on the memories of all you have seen, loved and shared. NAMASTE! ~ Happy New Beginnings!
