How a typical day unfolds:

8 AM: Begin each day with a healthy nutritious breakfast in the lakeside dining room, followed by our 6-minute inspirational  ‘Grail Mantra’, a practice that gets mind and heart into a carefree zone for the day. Sign up for yoga or a morning hike to help your body move toxins, lose a few pounds and get toned.

AFTERNOON: Following lunch at 12:30pm, it's time to have a date with nature and go on our daily one hour hike or snow shoe excurision. It's also spa therapy time and we encourage a trip to the outdoor hot and cold mineral salt tubs or the dry Finnish sauna. End your afternoon with a quiet meditation.

PM: When the sun goes down, it's time for dinner at 6pm, then we cozy up by the fireplace in the Great Hall for informative evening lectures on lifestyle and wellness. By the time you curl up in bed, you will feel the benefits of being flushed of toxins, rejuvenated, inspired and ready for the next big day of wonder to begin again.
