Join us for this special weekend retreat dedicated to the art of self-awareness, body-awareness and soul-awareness
Journey to the center of our Self...
You'll first get an introduction into the seven Chakras including seeing a snapshot photo of yours! You'll learn how these energy centres have everything to do with your health and vitality and how yoga and meditation can nourish your chakras, cells and spirit.
The weekend will include several styles of yoga classes so you can find the one that is meant for you, plus you will learn the importance of right breathwork, mindfulness and right meditation, all focusing on working with one’s awareness.
This yoga and meditation retreat is both gentle and invigorating and suitable for beginners and for intermediates who wish to take their practice deeper. The goal of the course is to introduce you to a heart felt yoga practice and to fine tune the inward journey to Self.
Friday
- 3-5pm arrival, spa, fitness and fun in and around the property
- 5pm tour and orientation
- 6pm dinner
- 7pm Yoga & Mediation Introduction
Saturday
- 8:00am breakfast
- 9:00am Grail Morning Mantra
- 9:15am Nada Yoga
- 10:30am Yoga Flow Meditation
- 10:30am-12:30pm spa & fitness time
- 12:30 lunch
- 1:30-5pm spa and fitness
- 5:30 relaxation meditation
- 6pm dinner
- 7pm Candlelight Yoga & Invocation
Sunday
- 8:00am breakfast
- 9am Grail Mantra
- 9:15am Morning Yoga
- 10:15am Snowshoe Excursion
- 11am check out of rooms
- 12:30 lunch (optional)
- Participants are invited to continue to enjoy the facilities, fitness classes and spa treatments. Lockers available upon request.

Your facilitator Amanda Stuart is impassioned about sharing her joy found in creating Light and Love as a daily practice. Using Ancient Rites and Spiritual Practices, Amanda brings a mystical and musical essence to her yoga and meditation classes. As a student of many Schools of Knowledge with a passion for creative arts, Amanda delivers real life practices that are enlightening and uplifting.
