Free Shuttle from Toronto Airport on Sundays:
Guests booking 5 nights or more and arriving or departing on Sundays will be able to take advantage of the shuttle for free departing Toronto Airport at 2pm. Inquire with our reservation office for more information.

Deposit Information
2-nights: 50% deposit is required per person at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Balance is due at check-out.
5 to 7-nights: $500 deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full balance is due upon check-out.
8 to 14-nights: $1000 deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full balance is due upon check-out.
15 to 21-nights: $1500 deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full balance is due upon check-out.
Cancellation Policy
We wish to assure that you can plan your time at Grail Springs with ease and without undue worry about having to reschedule:
Date Change:
• there is no charge for any date changes made 30 days or more prior to arrival.
• date changes made 29 to 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $200 charge per person.
• date changes cannot be made after 14 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy:
• more than 30 days prior to arrival date: $50 cancellation fee is charged per person. Balance is refunded.
• 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date: Half of the 50% deposit made per person is fortfeited. Balance is refunded.
• 14 days prior to arrival date: Entire deposit is forfeited.
Cancelling Spa Appointments or Coaching Sessions:
• 50% of cost of therapy or session will be charged to your bill for any add-on treatments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice.
Special Events & Guest Speakers Disclaimer: Any special event or workshop that is not fulfilled by a guest presenter for any reason out of our control, refunds will not be granted. If there is an extra fee charged, this portion will be refunded. Our primary focus is providing regular Grail Springs program packages which includes accommodations, meals, fitness, recreation facility and spa treatments. We will however do our very best to find replacements for presenters who cancel unexpectedly.
