Special Note on using Email: For an immediate and guaranteed response to inquiries, we recommend calling our Reservation Desk directly vs using email. RESERVATIONS
Reservations Office open from 8am to 9pm Eastern Standard Time

To confirm a reservation: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club & American Express are accepted. An emailed confirmation number will be sent to you within 24 hours. Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final. There is no refund or credit allotted for cancellations or early departures. However if you are able to give at least 30 days notice, a new date may be rescheduled within one year of your original date. A $200 per person service charge will apply for each date change. There is a 50% charge for cancelled add-on spa appointments. Additional charges are due in full upon departure.

Special Note
With the ever changing face of today’s environment, we at Grail Springs, are making a conscious effort to be as environmentally responsible as we can. We ask that each guest bring a pair(s) of black underwear/thong to be worn during your mud or seaweed treatments. We recommend dark colours as to better protect your belongings from staining. With your support we can ensure Grail Springs leaves behind a smaller footprint on our environment.
