Grail Springs and its beautiful surroundings make it a pleasure to get out, move and breathe year round. We need physical fitness to be healthy but it’s about more than staying in shape and losing weight. It’s about taking in oxygen, setting yourself up to be in a good mood for the day and ultimately feeling strong at your core. There is nothing more satisfying then the ‘good feel’ after a good workout.
At Grail Springs we also exercise to flush toxins through our body. Our daily fitness program involves hiking through our 100 acre forest of trails. During the winter we snowshoe and in the summer months we swim and canoe.
When the weather permits we enjoy nature walks taking time to look at our beautiful geological surroundings and observe the natural habitat that resides in our forests like deer, pheasant, rabbit and eagles.
