Participate in laughter generating activities that will ignite your happy and break down those barriers that have been preventing you from truly enjoying life. In this interactive weekend you will get a taste of some improv-based games that absolutely anyone can do, no matter your age, creativity level, or sense of humour. You simply need to be open to having fun.  Jacquie, creates a non-judgmental environment where you will gain the FREEDOM to be YOU. 

One of the amazing things about this course is that you won’t even realize you are walking through fears of failure and judgment because you will simply be having a blast.  But what’s even more significant is any type of practise you have in walking through fears, will assist you in dealing with life’s obstacles, in taking action despite fear, in achieving what your heart desires.  Come…‘Have A Blast’ and Light’n Up with Jacquie Hermans!

Jacquie Hermans lived a life in turmoil. She was always in her head, analyzing every aspect of her life. She was never satisfied with her accomplishments, and chastising herself for her failures. She always needed to be prepared, for fear of looking like a failure.

While undergoing extensive improv training, Jacquie's life forever changed. To overcome that knotted sick feeling in her gut, the sleepless nights of being in her head, the annoying eye twitch or lip quiver that sometimes emerged and her related digestive issues, she created strategies to overcome her thought patterns, breaking through her fears of failure and judgment.

With an employment background in corporate training, extensive education in personality and communications, along with her passion and experience in improv and television, she is now running a successful business.

Jacquie shares her strategies to help others to flip their thought patterns, build effective relationships, and light'n up from the inside out.

Every session is unique to serve the needs of her individual clients. 60 minutes $150

Intuitive Angel Card Readings: Jacquie loves to use Doreen Virtue’s “Healing with the Angels” Cards to provide you messages to assist you along your journey of personal growth and happiness.  Jacquie also receives messages related to career, family and relationships. 45 minutes $125
