Take the Shuttle from Toronto International Airport on Sundays at 2pm:
• Guests booking 5 nights or more and arriving or departing on Sundays will be able to take advantage of the shuttle which departs Toronto International at 2pm. Please inquire with our reservation office for further information.

Directions
Approximately 2 1/2 drive from Toronto or Ottawa
Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from Belleville or Peterborough
From Toronto (Important Note - Do not take Hwy #401 to Belleville to Hwy #62 North. This route is deceptive when looking on a map and takes one hour longer.) Take Hwy #401 East (15 min past Oshawa) to Hwy #115/#35 North. Follow Hwy #115 for 30 min to where it ends at a set of lights. Go straight through the lights. You are now travelling on Television Road. Proceed for 5 min until you come to the first stop sign and turn right on County Road #4 (gas station on your right). Travel for approx 5 min until you come to a flashing light. Turn left and follow this route for 5 min until it ends at at T-intersection. Turn right on Hwy #28 North and follow to the town of Bancroft. Just before the town bridge, turn right on Hwy #62 South and follow this for 2 kms. Turn right on Bay Lake Road (opposite Ronan Building store) and follow for 2 kms.
From Ottawa (Scenic - shortest route) This is one of the most scenic routes in all of Ontario though not recommended during winter months. Take Hwy #417 West from the city which turns into Hwy #17 West. Take Hwy #132 South to Renfrew. Proceed through Dacre and then take Hwy #41 South to Denbigh. Then take Hwy #28 to Bancroft. Once in Bancroft, take Hwy #62 South and follow this for 2 kms to Bay Lake Road. Follow Bay Lake Road for 2 kms and you've arrived.
From Ottawa (Highway - longest route) Take Hwy #7 West to Madoc. Then take Hwy #62 north towards Bancroft. Just before you get to Bancroft, you will turn left onto Bay Lake Road (adjacent from the Rona Cashway store). Important note: DO NOT take the first entrance into Bay Lake Road, but rather the second entrance which is 5 min north of the first entrance.
Sundays Free Shuttle Service with purchase of regular 5-21 day packages
FREE Shuttle Service on Sundays to and from Toronto International Airport when you purchase any regular rate package 5-nights or more:
* Sunday Shuttle departs from the Airport at 2pm. Your flight must arrive no later than 1pm.
* Sunday Shuttle departs from Grail Springs at 10:30am. Please make sure international flight depart no earlier than 3:30pm to allow for traffic, security and customs.
* Our reservation desk requires the name of the airline, flight# and your cell phone # if available
* Please note the shuttles cannot wait for flights with lengthy delays. Alternatively, go directly to the 'Travel Concierge Desk' and pay for a ticket to Peterborough on Coach Canada (approx $124). Our in-house shuttle will pick you up at the Peterborough depot ($70).
* If you have booked a 5-night package and have arrived on our free shuttle on the Sunday, but need to arrange a shuttle for your departure on Friday, the cost is $265 plus tax.

Greyhound Bus
We offer complimentary pick up from the Greyhound bus depot located in Bancroft.
Train
Take the Train from anywhere in Canada to Belleville Station ~ VIA Rail conveniently stops at Belleville Station, a 1 hour drive to the Spa. Arrangements can be made for a taxi service to pick you up there for approximately $120 pls hst. For schedule and ticket costs visit www.viarail.ca
