You'll first get an introduction into the seven Chakras including seeing a snapshot photo of yours! You'll learn how these energy centres have everything to do with your health and vitality and how yoga and meditation can nourish your chakras, cells and spirit.
The weekend will include several styles of yoga classes so you can find the one that is meant for you, plus you will learn the importance of right breathwork, mindfulness and right meditation, all focusing on working with one’s awareness.
This yoga and meditation retreat is both gentle and invigorating and suitable for beginners and for intermediates who wish to take their practice deeper. The goal of the course is to introduce you to a heart felt yoga practice and to fine tune the inward journey to Self.

Using Ancient Rites and Spiritual Practices, Amanda brings a mystical and musical essence to her yoga and meditation classes. As a student of many Schools of Knowledge with a passion for creative arts, Amanda delivers real life practices that are enlightening and uplifting.

Madeleine Marentette, founder of Grail Springs and bestselling author shares her experience and step by step approach to meditation.
