Registration & Costs
For our Sacred Britain Journey to Avalon June 2nd-11th:
With up to 28 lovely women: $3599 US pp dbl occ
With more than 29 lovely women: $3349 US pp dbl occ
If you desire a single room, the cost is an additional $365 US pp).
For our extension to Scotland & Rosslyn Chapel June 11th-14th:
With 12-18 lovely women: $1375.00 USD per person double occ
With 19-29 lovely women: $1175.00 USD per person double occ
With more than 29 lovely women: $1095.00 USD per person double occ
If you desire a single room, the cost is an additional $205.00 USD per person).
Deposit Required:
A deposit of $700.00 USD with your trip registration forms is preferred by: February 1st, 2010. Final payment is due: March 15th, 2010. Any cancellation made in writing between: March 15th, 2010 and May 1st, 2010 will result in a cancellation fee of $700.00 USD. Any cancellation made between: May 1st, 2010 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of your $700.00 USD deposit along with any non-refundable funds made to our suppliers in Britain and Scotland. Any cancellation made: after the trip departs will result in total loss of trip funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to cover such issues. (We can help you with this.)
Currency Exchange:
Sometimes currency exchange can make trip pricing a bit challenging! Our journey is based on an exchange rate of 1 British Pound = 1.7 USD. If the exchange rate changes more than 5% we will take that into consideration in the cost of the trip. So if next year the exchange rate improves – the trip price can go down, or on the other hand it could go up a little bit. Just to let you know – the average exchange rate of the past few years has been the one we are using.

Payment Plan:
Please know that we are happy to create a
monthly payment plan for you – but do note that you must be paid in
full by the departure date. Simply email us and we can charge a
specific amount monthly to your credit card.
