Brazilian Babassu Body Ritual

This treatment is inspired by enduring native rituals ~ one that marries organic elements from the most hidden regions of the Earth. It is lovingly harvested by women, created by women, applied by women, for women. Through the power of aromatherapy to transform the mind, body and spirit, your journey begins with an exotic rare sugar and essential oil rub, which gently exfoliates and conditions the skin. After the sugar melts, sink into a warm candlelight buttermilk bath followed by a 45 minute Babassu oil massage delivering intense tropical moisture to the skin. Babassu oil, the highly moisturizing derivative of the majestic Brazilian Babassu palm, is the key ingredient in this luxurious body & mind ritual. Moon Phase Sole Bath taken in your own Suite

This is a very old bath ritual of the Druids, the most common ingredients being of holy water and salt. The special mixtures of oils that are added are for the purpose of clarity of thoughts and grounding oneself. The cleansing effect of this 30~minute sole mixture bath equals that of a three-day fast. The toxins are released into the bath water, while the minerals from the sole are absorbed through the skin. This reduces the acidity in our body and gets rid of skin-irritations. Full Moon ~ On the day of the full moon the healing process of the body is at its peak as is its absorption potential to absorb the most minerals from the salt bath. The mineral materials penetrate and are absorbed into the skin in the form of ions. Bioenergetic weak points are harmonized and the bodies own energy flow is activated.
