Deposit Information:

2-night retreats: 50% advance deposit is required per person at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full balance is due upon check-out.

5 to 7-night retreats:  A $500 advance deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full balance is due upon check-out.

8 to 14-night retreats: A $1000 advance deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full balance is due upon check-out.

15 to 21-night retreats: A $1500 advance deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full balance is due upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to assure that you can plan your vacation at Grail Springs with ease and without undue worry about having to cancel or reschedule.  Our basic cancellation requirements are:

•    30 days prior to arrival date: $50 cancellation fee is charged. Balance is refunded.
•    29 to 1 day prior to arrival date:  Half of the 50% deposit is charged. Balance is refunded.
•    Cancellation on arrival date: Entire deposit is forfeited.

Date Changes:
•    There is no charge for any date change made 30 days or more prior to arrival.
•    Date changes made 29 to 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $200 charge per person
•    Date changes cannot be made after 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancelling Spa Appointments:
•    50% of cost of therapy will be charged to your bill for any add-on treatments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.

Complimentary Shuttle from Toronto International Airport each Sunday:
•   Guest booking 5 nights or more and arriving or departing on Sundays will be able to take advantage of our complimentary limo shuttle. Please inquire with our reservation office for more information.

NEW! Special Savings Program for Returning Guests:
•    We are now offering a special savings program for guests who wish to return to Grail Springs. If you place a small deposit for your next visit before you depart Grail Springs or within the following 3 days of departing Grail Springs, you will receive an additional 10% off the lowest published rate for that time period! This offer in appreciation of your continued business.

Check-out time: 11am
