Take the Shuttle from Toronto International Airport on Sundays at 2pm:
•   Guests booking 5 nights or more and arriving or departing on Sundays will be able to take advantage of the shuttle which departs Toronto International at 2pm. Please inquire with our reservation office for further information.

Deposit Information

2-night retreats: 50% advance deposit is required per person at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full balance is due upon check-out.

5 to 7-night retreats:  $500 advance deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full balance is due upon check-out.

8 to 14-night retreats: $1000 advance deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full balance is due upon check-out.

15 to 21-night retreats: $1500 advance deposit per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full balance is due upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

We want to assure that you can plan your vacation at Grail Springs with ease and without undue worry about having to cancel or reschedule.  Our basic cancellation requirements are:

•    more than 30 days prior to arrival date: $50 cancellation fee is charged per person. Balance is refunded.
•    29 to 8 days prior to arrival date:  Half of the 50% deposit made per person is fortfeited. Balance is refunded.
•    7 days prior to arrival date: Entire deposit is forfeited.

Date Changes:
•    There is no charge for any date changes made 30 days or more prior to arrival.
•    Date changes made 29 to 8 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $200 charge per person
•    Date changes cannot be made after 7 days prior to arrival date.

Cancelling Spa Appointments:
•    50% of cost of therapy will be charged to your bill for any add-on treatments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.
