Enjoy a variety of different yoga techniques with your instructors and each day we are taking a brisk daily hike on the trails. There are hundreds of acres of pristine nature trails & scenic beauty here at Grail Springs. Breathe clean & gain perspective. Exercise will have never felt this rewarding.

After spending a few days trying different things you will gain a new perspective on maintaining a healthy lifestyle after returning home. There is nothing more satisfying then the ‘good feel’ after a good workout.
