Part 1: June 27 to July 2:
Sunday June 27th ~ 'Her Initiation'

  • 1-3pm Vendor Register and set up in the Green Marketplace tent
  • 3-7pm Participant Registration is open, tent set up for those who are camping on site, Meet & Greet, Orientation, Green Marketplace open for shopping, spa open
  • 5-7pm At leisure, enjoy property and organized activities; swim, hike, yoga, spa, 'Seek the Grail' treasure hunt. Optional - bring a picnic dinner or visit town of Bancroft (5 mins from Grail)
  • 7-9pm Official Opening of Grail Lady Faire including Tradition Smudging Ceremony for all participants. Musical Celebration honouring Pachamama 'Mother Earth' Music  & Song Orchestrated by Singer Songwriter Pamela Gerrand & ALisa Starkweather. Bring your drum, voice and Spirit!

Monday June 28th ~ 'Her Self'

  • 7.30-8am For early risers: Morning Invocation led by Wisdom Keeper
  • 8.15–8.45am Yoga Sun Salutation on the Lawn & Grail Morning Mantra
  • 9-11.15am Under the Marquee:

Part 2 of The Grail Lady Faire Opens
Friday July 2nd Afternoon

'Choose Your Spirit Journey' segment:

  • 11:15-12:30pm Attendees will select one unique workshop or activity to participate in and experience each day. For example; yoga flow, drumming, zen canoeing, mud bake, silent meditation walk, hike to crystal outcrop, sacred labyrinth class, alchemy workshop, sound healing workshop, visit to the Red Tent Temple, and many more added each day! Vendors welcome to

Lunch Time:

  • 12:30-2:30pm enjoy a buffet picnic vegetarian lunch which is included with your ticket (except Friday) Please bring a picnic blanket.
  • As we are proudly organizing a completely GREEN event we are providing each attendee with thier own plate and utensils. We are asking you to participate in the community washing well after lunch each day where you can clean off your own plate and utensils. No paper plates or plastic here!
  • Then enjoy some relaxation time, beach time, spa time
  • And of course shopping in the Green Marketplace Tent - Don't forget you too can be a vendor!

Available after each presentation:

  • visit the speakers table where you can have a photo opportunity and book signed by the authors!

Dinner & Free time from 4:30 to 7:00pmdaily:

  • Shop in the Green Marketplace tent
  • Book sessions with healers, readers, spiritual guides & tarot readers
  • canoe, swim, hike, spa
  • explore town of Bancroft for dinner (5 min drive)
  • Note - breakfast & dinner not included with ticket

Evening Fire Celebrations 7:00 to 9:00pm each night:

  • music, dance, song and ceremony hosted by different composers, musicians and singers each night
  • please bring your voice drum, singing bowls, chimes, percussion instruments

Each Attendee with receive a lovely Tote Bag Upon Arrival filled with goodies:

  • Guests will each receive a large gift tote upon arrival to carry a journal, camera or water bottle etc.

Power bars, fruits and snacks will be available for purchase in the Green Marketplace tent.

Free, fresh clean water will be made available for refills.  Please - no plastic water bottles.
