Our Intentions Create Our Life! By investigating how our mind works we can modify what, and how we manifest our life. If you are afflicted by challenges in your relationship to the world and others, you might open yourself to participate in a week of discovering what makes your world become even happier, healthier and a more prosperous place.

In this Creative Intention Retreat Margherita and Anna, will guide you through this process in a fun and creative way. We normally carry a set of intentions formed by our desires and tendencies that we might not be aware of. By shedding light on what and how we ‘intend’ our life we have a greater opportunity to take the intention process in our own hands on a conscious and well-considered level.
Our inner creativity is always impeded when we experience problems, so our approach is to develop our personal creative force by engaging in art and personal energy. All successful people in any area have very clear intentions for what they are doing. They see their goals clearly with a relaxed focus that is open to receive what they ask for. 
How do we facilitate this?
We venture to explore our energy centers: the chakras using color, sound and movement to open them. Rather than just talk, we will use new channels to help you communicate with your inner needs and potential. You will come in close contact with yourself in a wonderful setting of peace and support.

Daily components includes:
•    Meditation Session to relax and unwind your mind in a supported way
•    Hands-On Art Making in a journey with color and form as the medium to open your creative force
•    Evening Seminar to clarify the intentional process and create further understanding how you can apply your practical experience in your regular life see below for the topic of each day.
•    Each participant will take home the art work they create. No previous experience of art is necessary, everyone can create personal ‘masterpieces’ - this is guaranteed!
•    Option to have your own Personal GemCodes created, precisely set to your needs

Meet Anna Kouchinski: Psychotherapist, Life-coach, Artist, Medium and Reiki Master...

Anna will be teaching the following: Healing and Balancing for the Seven Chakras with Breathing Techniques, Colors, Chakra Crystals and Singing Crystal Bowls. The human body has multidimensional and multifunctional structure.      In addition to the visible physical body every person has several invisible bodies - emotional, mental and spiritual. The physical body also has a system of invisible energy centers called "chakras."      Chakra is an ancient word meaning "Wheel of Light". There are 7 main ones.  The workshops combine basic power tools for self-development and self-knowledge, such as breathing, sound and color. During a 25-minute breathing exercise individual focuses on specific areas of the body, directing the energy flow into these areas while inhaling and exhaling. The flow activates particular area by the law of attraction "energy flows where attention goes." Next, the participants start working with paints. Each person focuses on his/hers own sensory impressions, choosing colors and imbuing them with his/hers own energies.  Drawing process is not done with a brush, but rather with energy and gravity, giving the possibility to mixing and flowing of the paints. The result is a masterpiece of fractal art. Each of us is the Creator, enjoying the creation of the Worlds! After the process of balancing and aligning the chakras, a person awakens previously hidden potential of creativity and harmony that allows him/her to make a quantum leap to their "Higher Self", at which point the person begins to radiate love, harmony and happiness. Margherita Vondrak (The Crystal Lotus) is an artist, crystal healer and best healing book author who has dedicated her life to help others take command of their life by discovering their inner causes.

Her background in science gives her grounded analytical approach to healing, in which she uses crystals and gems including Crystal Healing Jewelry, and the new healing art called GemCodes, which works with personal intentions and digital images for reprogramming the mind for health and prosperity in all areas of life.

Margherita is the founder of The Crystal Lotus, a vehicle for emotional-spiritual healing and self awakening that provides courses and healing tools such as: Crystal Talismans and Crystal Sphere Massage Tools. She is a Crystal Healing Arts Facilitator since 12 years, and certified Crystal Healer (Katrina Raphaell, Crystal Academy in Hawaii). Create your Personal GemCodes ahead of time!
In addition you may choose to prepare yourself ahead of time by having your personal GemCodes created by Margherita. GemCodes are a set of digital codes embedded in a Crystal Art image set precisely to your personal intentions.
How it works: You look at your GemCodes as much as possible during the waking hours, this reprograms your mind to the intention that you set.
In the image to the left you see is an example of GemCodes. The result of using this particular image was “a drastic change in a personal situation to the better which affected relationship-health, personal wellbeing and increased prosperity.” The personal intentions set were completely fulfilled.
Another GemCodes user had a financial “block” and was down to his last dollar, and today, his business has started to produce orders and his financial flow has increased substantially. As we write this, he now “has a cushion in his bank account, is busy with customer quotes and the orders are flowing in”.

Margherita uses her intuitive and precise method for creating your GemCodes to your specific intentions. Not to worry about how to formulate them, she will assist you. It takes about 1-2 hours for Margherita to create your GemCodes using attunement, guidance, sound and crystals and then the creation of the digital image, which can be used on your desktop or cell phone and as a small card.
Delivery of your GemCodes is on Monday 23 April, 2012.  You will receive by email a digital image for use on your computer & cell phone, and also we will give you an actual printed card and instructions with 3 months email support by Margherita.
